Quick Sales: Homes are moving fast, with Median Days on Market between 7 and 14 days. This indicates that well-priced homes are going under contract almost immediately after hitting the market.
Strong Offers: The Sold to List Price Ratio is between 98% and 101%, reflecting highly competitive conditions. In some cases, homes are even selling above list price.
Median Sold Prices: Depending on the area, Median Sold Prices range from $150,000 to $295,000, providing opportunities at a range of price points.
What This Means:
Sellers can expect strong interest and competitive offers if their home is well-prepared and priced appropriately.
Buyers should be ready to act quickly and submit strong offers, often close to or above asking price.
