Ryan Sagady – Broker/Owner/Appraiser, Bay Realty Michigan
Ryan Sagady brings a unique blend of experience, dedication, and a deep passion for helping others to his role as co-owner of Bay Realty Michigan. A proud alumnus of Bay City Western High School (Class of 1994), Ryan earned his teaching degree from Central Michigan University in 2000, followed by a Master’s degree from Saginaw Valley State University in 2004. For over 25 years, he made a lasting impact as a science teacher for grades 7-12 with Bay City Public Schools, where he also coached baseball, golf, and tennis.
In 2008, Ryan combined his entrepreneurial drive with his love for Michigan’s waterways by launching a charter fishing business, offering guided trips on Saginaw Bay and Lake Huron. This endeavor allowed him to share his passion for fishing while showcasing the natural beauty of the region.
Ryan's journey into real estate began in 2017 when he became a licensed Realtor, joining Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices and eXp Realty as a member of the Mr. Lister Real Estate Team. His commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences inspired him to pursue and earn his broker’s license in 2023. Later that same year, Ryan and his wife, Lyndsey, founded Bay Realty Michigan, fulfilling their dream of creating a brokerage dedicated to excellence and client satisfaction.
In 2024, Ryan continued expanding his real estate expertise by earning his Limited Appraiser License, adding another valuable skill set to better serve his clients and ensure accurate property valuations.
When not working, Ryan cherishes time with Lyndsey, supporting their son’s activities, and enjoying life at their waterfront home in Au Gres. An avid fisherman, Ryan also competes in walleye tournaments across Michigan, blending his competitive spirit with his love for the outdoors.
With a strong foundation in education, business, and real estate, Ryan is committed to making Bay Realty Michigan the top choice for buyers and sellers throughout the region.
