Transaction Coordinator Duties
1. Oversee all aspects of the buyer and seller transaction from executed purchase agreement to closing.
2. Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
3. Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, coordinate completion of repairs.
4. Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
5. Submit all necessary documentation of office broker for file compliance.
6. Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
7. Schedule and coordinate the closing process.
