That’s why we use a Pre-Listing Questionnaire as part of the Bay Realty Michigan Home Selling System.
This short form helps us gather important property details such as improvements, general condition, utilities, and any updates you’ve made over the years. It also gives us a clear understanding of your reason for moving and your preferred timeline so we can tailor our market strategy to your needs.
The more information you provide ahead of time, the more accurate and helpful our market analysis and pricing recommendations will be when we meet.
What This Form Helps Accomplish

This form is not about perfection. You don’t need to know every answer. Just complete it to the best of your knowledge. If you are unsure of something, simply write “not sure.”
If the property is part of an estate or you have not lived in the home, it is completely acceptable to answer “unknown” where needed. The form accommodates those situations.
